By selling half the well, one day the water from the well will be yours and the next day it will be mine.

In the thirteenth year of Prophethood, when the Muslims migrated to Madinah, there was a shortage of drinking water.There was a well of a Jew in Deen Munwarah who used to sell water to Muslims at an expensive price.

The name of this well was "Bir-e-Rum" which means the well of Rome.

Being worried about these conditions, the Muslims complained to Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and informed them of their trouble.

The Prophet of Allah, peace be upon him, said:

"Who bought this well and dedicated it to Muslims?

For doing so, Allah Ta'ala will grant him eyes in Paradise."We thought that Hazrat Uthman would sell water in his day.

In this way he will get the chance to earn more profit.

So he sold half of the concubine to Hazrat Uthman bin Affan.

Syedna Uthman Ghani, may Allah be pleased with him, dedicated that well for the pleasure of Allah and allowed the Muslims to get free water from the well.

People used to get free water on the day of Hazrat Usman Ghani and save it for the next day.Time passed and this well continued to irrigate the Muslims until Uthman Ghani, may Allah be pleased with him, became a palm garden around the well and so on. This garden has been restored.

After the reign of Al-Saud, the number of palm trees in this garden increased to approximately fifteen hundred and fifty.


The government of the time built a wall around this garden and registered the place in the name of Hazrat Uthman Bin Affan Radi Allah Ta'ala An in the municipality.Time passed and this well continued to irrigate the Muslims until Uthman Ghani, may Allah be pleased with him, became a palm garden around the well and so on. This garden has been restored.

A residential hotel is being constructed.An annual income of 50 million riyals is expected from the residential hotel.

One half of which will be deposited in the bank account of Hazrat Uthman bin Affan Radi Allah Ta'ali Anh and the other half will be deposited in the bank account of Gharib and Muskinu.


May Allah accept this action and sincere intention of Dhul-Noorin Syedna Uthman bin Affan Radi Allahu Anh in His Bargah and bless him till the Day of Judgment. Continued.These are the people whom Allah the Exalted bought in exchange for their jinn.

ﺍﺱ ﮐﻨﻮﯾﮟ ﮐﺎ ﻧﺎﻡ "ﺑﺌﺮِ ﺭﻭﻣﮧ" ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﺭﻭﻣﮧ ﮐﺎ ﮐﻨﻮﺍﮞ ﺗﮭﺎ۔
ﻭﮨﺎﮞ ﺍﻥ ﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺳﮯ ﭘﺮﯾﺸﺎﻥ ﮨﻮ ﮐﺮ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﻧﮯ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺻﻠﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻠﯿﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺳﮯ ﺷﮑﺎﯾﺖ ﮐﯽ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺍﭘﻨﯽ ﭘﺮﯾﺸﺎﻧﯽ ﺳﮯ ﺁﮔﺎﮦ ﮐﯿﺎ۔
ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﮐﮯ ﻧﺒﯽ ﺻﻠﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻠﯿﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻧﮯ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺎ:
"ﮐﻮﻥ ﮨﮯ ﺟﻮ ﯾﮧ ﮐﻨﻮﺍﮞ ﺧﺮﯾﺪﮮ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﮐﮯ لئے ﻭﻗﻒ ﮐﺮ ﺩﮮ۔۔۔؟
ﺍﯾﺴﺎ ﮐﺮﻧﮯ ﭘﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟٰﯽ ﺍﺳﮯ ﺟﻨﺖ ﻣﯿﮟ ﭼﺸﻤﮧ ﻋﻄﺎﺀ ﮐﺮﮮ ﮔﺎ"۔



ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻔﺎﻥ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻨﮧ ﺍﺱ ﯾﮩﻮﺩﯼ ﮐﮯ ﭘﺎﺱ ﮔﺌﮯ ﺍﻭﺭ ﮐﻨﻮﺍﮞ ﺧﺮﯾﺪﻧﮯ ﮐﯽ ﺧﻮﺍﮨﺶ ﮐﺎ ﺍﻇﮩﺎﺭ ﮐﯿﺎ۔

ﮐﻨﻮﺍﮞ ﭼﻮﻧﮑﮧ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺁﻣﺪﻧﯽ ﮐﺎ ﺫﺭﯾﻌﮧ ﺗﮭﺎ ﺍﺱ لئے ﯾﮩﻮﺩﯼ ﻧﮯ ﺍﺳﮯ ﻓﺮﻭﺧﺖ ﮐﺮﻧﮯ ﺳﮯ ﺍﻧﮑﺎﺭ ﮐﺮ ﺩﯾﺎ۔

ﺳﯿﺪﻧﺎ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﻏﻨﯽ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻨﮧ ﻧﮯ ﻭﮦ ﮐﻨﻮﺍﮞ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﮐﯽ ﺭﺿﺎ ﮐﮯ ﻟﺌﮯ ﻭﻗﻒ ﮐﺮﮐﮯ ﺍﭘﻨﮯ ﺩﻥ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﮐﻮ ﮐﻨﻮﯾﮟ ﺳﮯ ﻣﻔﺖ ﭘﺎﻧﯽ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮐﺮﻧﮯ ﮐﯽ ﺍﺟﺎﺯﺕ ﺩﮮ ﺩﯼ۔

ﺍﺱ ﺩﻭﺭﺍﻥ ﺍﯾﮏ ﻣﺎﻟﺪﺍﺭ ﺁﺩﻣﯽ ﻧﮯ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﻏﻨﯽ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﻮ ﮐﻨﻮﺍﮞ ﺩﻭﮔﻨﺎ ﻗﯿﻤﺖ ﭘﺮ ﺧﺮﯾﺪﻧﮯ ﮐﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﺶ ﮐﯽ۔
ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﻧﮯ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺎ ﮐﮧ "ﻣﺠﮭﮯ ﺍﺱ ﺳﮯ ﮐﮩﯿﮟ ﺯﯾﺎﺩﮦ ﮐﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﺶ ﮨﮯ"۔
ﺍﺱ ﺷﺨﺺ ﻧﮯ ﮐﮩﺎ:

ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﻧﮯ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺎ:
ﻣﺠﮭﮯ ﺍﺱ ﺳﮯ ﺑﮭﯽ ﮐﮩﯿﮟ ﺯﯾﺎﺩﮦ ﮐﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﺶ ﮨﮯ۔
ﺍﺱ ﻃﺮﺡ ﻭﮦ ﺷﺨﺺ ﺭﻗﻢ ﺑﮍﮬﺎﺗﺎ ﮔﯿﺎ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﯾﮩﯽ ﺟﻮﺍﺏ ﺩﯾﺘﮯ ﺭﮨﮯ۔
ﯾﮩﺎﮞ ﺗﮏ ﺍﺱ ﺁﺩﻣﯽ ﻧﮯ ﮐﮩﺎ ﮐﮧ " ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﺁﺧﺮ ﮐﻮﻥ ﮨﮯ ﺟﻮ ﺁﭖ ﮐﻮ ﺩﺱ ﮔﻨﺎ ﺩﯾﻨﮯ ﮐﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﺶ ﮐﺮ ﺭﮨﺎ ﮨﮯ۔۔۔؟
ﺳﯿﺪﻧﺎ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻨﮧ ﻧﮯ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺎ ﮐﮧ " ﻣﯿﺮﺍ ﺭﺏ ﻣﺠﮭﮯ ﺍﯾﮏ ﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﭘﺮ ﺩﺱ ﮔﻨﺎ ﺍﺟﺮ ﺩﯾﻨﮯ ﮐﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﺶ ﮐﺮﺗﺎ ﮨﮯ"۔



ﻭﻗﺖ ﮔﺰﺭﺗﺎ ﮔﯿﺎ ﺍﻭﺭ ﯾﮧ ﮐﻨﻮﺍﮞ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﮐﻮ ﺳﯿﺮﺍﺏ ﮐﺮﺗﺎ ﺭﮨﺎ ﯾﮩﺎﮞ ﺗﮏ ﮐﮧ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﻏﻨﯽ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟٰﯽ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﮯ ﺩﻭﺭِ ﺧﻼﻓﺖ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﺱ ﮐﻨﻮﯾﮟ ﮐﮯ ﺍﺭﺩﮔﺮﺩ ﮐﮭﺠﻮﺭﻭﮞ ﮐﺎ ﺑﺎﻍ ﺑﻦ ﮔﯿﺎ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺍﺳﯽ ﺩﻭﺭ ﻣﯿﮟ ﮨﯽ ﺍﺱ ﺑﺎﻍ ﮐﯽ ﺩﯾﮑﮫ ﺑﮭﺎﻝ ﮨﻮﺋﯽ۔

ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕِ ﺯﺭﺍﻋﺖ ﯾﮩﺎﮞ ﮐﯽ ﮐﮭﺠﻮﺭﯾﮟ ﺑﺎﺯﺍﺭ ﻣﯿﮟ ﻓﺮﻭﺧﺖ ﮐﺮﺗﯽ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺍﺱ ﺳﮯ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮨﻮﻧﮯ ﻭﺍﻟﯽ ﺁﻣﺪﻧﯽ ﺳﯿﺪﻧﺎ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻔﺎﻥ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﮯ ﻧﺎﻡ ﭘﺮ ﺑﯿﻨﮏ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺟﻤﻊ ﮐﺮﻭﺍﺗﯽ ﺭﮨﯽ۔



ﭼﻠﺘﮯ ﭼﻠﺘﮯ ﺍﺱ ﺍﮐﺎﻭﻧﭧ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﺗﻨﯽ ﺭﻗﻢ ﺟﻤﻊ ﮨﻮ ﮔﺌﯽ ﮐﮧ ﻣﺪﯾﻨﮧ ﻣﻨﻮّﺭﮦ ﮐﮯ ﻣﺮﮐﺰﯼ ﻋﻼﻗﮧ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﺱ ﺑﺎﻍ ﮐﯽ ﺁﻣﺪﻧﯽ ﺳﮯ ﺍﯾﮏ ﮐﺸﺎﺩﮦ ﭘﻼﭦ ﻟﯿﺎ ﮔﯿﺎ ﺟﮩﺎﮞ ﻓﻨﺪﻕ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻔﺎﻥ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﮯ ﻧﺎﻡ ﺳﮯ ﺍﯾﮏ ﺭﮨﺎﺋﺸﯽ ﮨﻮﭨﻞ ﺗﻌﻤﯿﺮ ﮐﯿﺎ ﺟﺎﻧﮯ ﻟﮕﺎ۔






ﺍﺱ ﺭﮨﺎﺋﺸﯽ ﮨﻮﭨﻞ ﺳﮯ ﺳﺎﻻﻧﮧ ﭘﭽﺎﺱ ﻣﻠﯿﻦ ﺭﯾﺎﻝ ﺁﻣﺪﻧﯽ ﻣﺘﻮﻗﻊ ﮨﮯ۔





ﺟﺲ ﮐﺎ ﺁﺩﮬﺎ ﺣﺼّﮧ ﻏﺮﯾﺒﻮﮞ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻣﺴﮑﯿﻨﻮﮞ ﮐﯽ ﮐﻔﺎﻟﺖ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺑﺎﻗﯽ ﺁﺩﮬﺎ ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻔﺎﻥ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟٰﯽ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﮯ ﺑﯿﻨﮏ ﺍﮐﺎﻭﻧﭧ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺟﻤﻊ ﮨﻮگا۔
ﺫﻭﺍﻟﻨّﻮﺭﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺪﻧﺎ ﻋﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻔﺎﻥ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﮯ ﺍﺱ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺧﻠﻮﺹِ ﻧﯿﺖ ﮐﻮ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺰﺕ ﻧﮯ ﺍﭘﻨﯽ ﺑﺎﺭﮔﺎﮦ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﯾﺴﮯ ﻗﺒﻮﻝ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺎ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺍﺱ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﺗﻨﯽ ﺑﺮﮐﺖ ﻋﻄﺎ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﺋﯽ ﮐﮧ ﻗﯿﺎﻣﺖ ﺗﮏ ﺍﻥ ﮐﮯ لئے ﺻﺪﻗﮧ ﺟﺎﺭﯾﮧ ﺑﻨﺎ ﺩﯾﺎ۔
ﯾﮩﯽ ﻭﮦ ﻟﻮﮒ ﮨﯿﮟ ﺟﻦ ﮐﯽ ﺟﺎﻧﯿﮟ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟٰﯽ ﻧﮯ ﺍﭘﻨﯽ ﺟﻨﺘﻮﮞ ﮐﮯ ﺑﺪﻟﮯ ﺧﺮﯾﺪ ﻟﺌﮯ۔
ﯾﮩﯽ ﻭﮦ ﻟﻮﮒ ﮨﯿﮟ ﺟﻨﮩﻮﮞ ﻧﮯ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﮐﮯ ﺳﺎﺗﮫ ﺗﺠﺎﺭﺕ ﮐﯽ۔
ﺟﻨﮩﻮﮞ ﻧﮯ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﺰّﻭﺟﻞ ﮐﻮ ﻗﺮﺽ ﺩﯾﺎ۔
